Functional Business Partnership Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The Functional BP Mgr engages with the regional functional business leaders in Supply Chain to ensure that all business solution initiatives with system implications are consistent with the overall IT and business strategies across the region in question, aligned globally.

Works closely with both business leaders and IT teams in the markets to define, develop and deploy business solutions to achieve business goals, based on agreed priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· 
Partners with business leaders within a region to identify and define how to improve business performance through the application of technology /business processes enhancement.

· 
Collaborates with business managers to create clear outcomes, project scope approach, and business case. Determines and recommends concept as a project or enhancements.

· 
Ensures the implementation of company policies and guidelines in alignment with local legal requirements, cultural specifics and business practices & applies the governance process for Mars Wrigley Confectionery

· 
Works closely with all relevant Digital groups to transfer defined and approved project/enhancement work into delivery.

· 
Monitors the progression of projects through the delivery phase, working with deployment teams and IT teams

YOUR PROFILE

· 
Do you have Master of Sciences degree or equivalent in engineering field / IT / computer sciences and experience preferably within IT, in an IT Application or IT Technology?

· 
Do you have proven leadership and Influencing experience through interaction with key stakeholders?

· 
Do you have in-depth expertise in a functional or technical IT area?

· 
Do you have a strong functional knowledge in Supply Chain and the ways in which technology may impact and enhance business processes?
