In our journey to become an health through nutrition company, the role of pet professionals in providing accurate holistic recommendation to pet owners is crucial to help us achieve our purpose. Veterinarians, while remaining the most trustful source of information for pet owners, are facing changes that affect the dynamic of their activities in clinics, their relationship with pet owners and the economic model.

The digital transformation is driving both new opportunities and new challenges for our Vet customers and our business model. In this acceleration context, Royal Canin needs to reinforce its internal capabilities to become the Veterinarians' partner of choice in driving digital nutritional recommendation and conversion.

The EUROPE VET DIGITAL SERVICES Manager will deploy our regional VET digitalization strategy and drive the implementation roadmap, in close collaboration with the markets and partnership with Global, to support category growth.

With a strong collaborative mindset, the post holder will drive the deployment of the EU Vet Digital strategy by using both practical skills and knowledge and influencing skills.The role works in close collaboration with the EU local Teams, the Global Digital facory Team, the Global Digital Vet Team and the European Regional Team (in particular the D2C Team). It is supporting the change management driven by the digital services deployment and implementation.

The role will report to the Europe Vet Sales and Marketing Director and represents a great opportunity for a associate to get a regional perspective through the deployment of a global project initiated in the Europe region.

What would be your responsibilities ?

The EUROPE VET DIGITAL SERVICES Manager will have accountabilities as follows:

·  Be the business owner of EU Multifunction specific route to market:
·  Keep and ensure right engagement level of Local, European and Global stakeholders
·  Be the EU key contact for the operational teams (IT, supply, packaging, local KBU, customer care team…)
·  Track performance, collect feedback, make analyses to pro-actively propose improvement levers driving both digital recommendation and conversion
·  Support the EU Vet Sales & Marketing Director in developing and grow business case (Individualisation)

·  In partnership with the Global Digital factory team, consolidate and lead the Vet Digital Services deployment & activation roadmap for Europe, including targets per market per feature.

·  Create the conditions of success to support Vet digitalization roadmap:
·  Define KPIs and track performance to evaluate impacts of the digital services on clinics' engagement, on recommendations and conversion.
·  Capture, analyse and share learnings and good practices to equip markets with the right tools to improve vets' engagement and performance.
·  Partner with Global teams to ensure continuous improvement by providing regional insights, by sharing local results and customers' feedback.
·  Support the clarification of the selling story of overall Vet digital services strategy.

What are we looking for ?

1. Education & Professional Qualification

·  Scientific background or business administration
·  Experience in sales or marketing (mini 3 years)
·  Experience in project management without direct authority
·  Excellent level of written/spoken English required

2. Knowledge/Experience

·  Excellent collaboration skills
·  Demonstrated ability to work cross functions with strong influencing skills whilst building trusting and credible relationships.
·  Project deployment experience.
·  Able to handle complexity and ambiguity whilst managing to get things done.
·  Experience in customer management and customer engagement.
·  Experience with and interest in digital creative trends.
