We are looking for an exceptional Customer Services Representative to join our Supply Team! For this position, we are looking for a team player, accurate data entry whiz with outstanding attention to detail. Bringing into the business your customer service experience and passion you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, queries and claims by telephone, e-mail or fax promptly, accurately and professionally. You will need to be a people person with great communication and problem solving skills, and you can build great relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Receives and processes customer orders and queries
·  Identifies and resolves customer queries
·  Works as a key member of the customer services team, supporting other team members to ensure the highest standards of customer service are achieved at all times
·  Develops and maintains a sound working knowledge of the ordering system (SAP) to promote effective use
·  Builds sound business relationships internally and externally through service responsiveness, and applying customer and product knowledge
·  Processing customer & material determination &  substitutions
·  Processing claims
·  EDI orders

Our successful candidate will have:

·  Customer Service Experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
·  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to work in a team environment
·  Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
·  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
·  “Can-Do” Attitude
