Coordenador de Gerenciamento de Projetos

A principal responsabilidade do Coordenador de Gerenciamento de Projetos é gerenciar e entregar os projetos de lançamento e relançamento de produtos do negócio de Pet Nutrition da Mars no âmbito regional e local conectados ao ciclo de S&OP.

Como parte da função é responsável por liderar e motivar as equipes multifuncionais coordenando o trabalho para a entrega dos projetos conforme planejado.

É necessária experiência em gerenciamento de projetos para conduzir as entregas da maneira mais eficaz e eficiente facilitando a alocação de recursos e minimizando os riscos para o resultado do negócio.

Irá gerenciar diversos projetos simultâneos desde sua aprovação até a confirmação dos resultados por meio da liderança de reuniões de trabalho e status, aplicando diversas as áreas de conhecimento de gestão de projetos.

Também irá comunicar status dos projetos nas reuniões locais e regionais interagindo com várias áreas do negócio, incluindo times de liderança, fazendo assim a gestão de stakeholders.

Será o especialista funcional quando se trata de processos e ferramentas relacionados a gerenciamento de projetos e inovação para Pet Nutrition Brasil.

Job Specifications/Qualifications:

1. Education & Professional Qualification

• Graduação universitária nas áreas correlatas como engenharia, administração, marketing e tecnologia.

• Pós graduação em Gestão de Projetos e/ou Certificação PMP será um diferencial

2. Knowledge/Experience

• Experiência comprovada com gestão de projetos

• Conhecimento dos processos de negócio de uma indústria de bens de consumo será diferencial

• Inglês fluente
