W Sydney located at 31 Wheat Road is hiring a Beverage and Food Supervisor for our WET Deck Pool Bar . Reporting to the Director of Beverage and Food , this integral role will lead and engage a team of fun-loving individuals who share one goal of creating authentic guest experiences. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to; 

·  Display hands on leadership and lead by example
·  Reiterate and identify training needs for brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and luxury service is delivered to all our guests
·  Foster a positive and fun culture for the team to improve team relationships and performance 
·  Communicate effectively with the team so they can perform at their best
·  Ensure Talent are working together collaboratively to meet and anticipate guests needs
·  Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
·  Maintaining upkeep of outdoor WET Deck facilities
