Job description
Siamo alla ricerca di un Demi Chef de Cuisine appassionato, creativo e attento ai dettagli, pronto a supportare la cucina nella preparazione di piatti di alta qualità.
Cosa farai
· Preparare e cuocere alimenti seguendo ricette, standard di qualità e presentazione.
· Gestire porzioni, guarnizioni e presentazioni impeccabili.
· Controllare quantità e qualità dei piatti, riducendo gli sprechi.
· Assicurare pulizia, igiene e rispetto delle norme HACCP.
· Mantenere strumenti, attrezzature e postazioni ordinate e sicure.
Chi cerchiamo
· Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli simili in cucina.
· Capacità di lavorare in team, attenzione ai dettagli e flessibilità.
· Passione per la cucina, precisione e proattività.
· Conoscenza delle norme di sicurezza e igiene alimentare.
