Job Summary
To ensure
l Responsible for prompt handling of all Butler Service requests during the shift
l Ensure prompt, polite and accurate handling of all telephone calls and messages
l Be completely familiar with the hotel's telephone system and related functions, i.e. voice mail, fax mail, paging system etc
l Accurately collect and accumulate information on Guests Needs, request and Preferences in order to improve anticipation.
l Be proactive in all Guests services and problems Cooperation and teamwork with other sections and departments
l Rotate your job responsibility throughout the Front Offices Department
l Ensure that staff adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures when carrying out their duties
l Be completely familiar with Fire Emergency Procedures and Communication Department's role in emergencies and ensure all GSA's knowledge of these procedures
l Ensure that operating equipment is kept in good working order
