Job Description:
·  The Technician will assist Foreman/ Engineer in any ah-hoc and preventive maintenance support and service for building facilities.
·  To operate and carry out routine maintenance for building facilities.
·  Supervise other maintenance work carried out by vendors.
·  To provide first diagnosis for all facility systems alarms.
·  To analyze problems and to formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
Requirements:
·  Certificate or above in Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Marine/ Building Services Engineering.
·  License Plumber an advantage
·  Must possess the following certificates:
·  Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
·  Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
