Who are we looking for?
The At Your Service team is looking for a motivated , reliable and responsible addition to their team. A positive attitude and good previous track record are essential, as is previous experience of delivering high quality guest service. An ability to communicate clearly face to face and over the telephone is essential. Also required is a satisfactory level of computer literacy.

What will be your duties?
AYS is the hub of the hotel. As an AYS Agent, you will be responsible for answering internal and external calls using appropriate telephone etiquette . You will either transfer to the right department or respond to guest requests, questions or complaints . Therefore you will need to acquire a good knowledge of OPERA system, each department, the hotel facilities and the local area to assist the guest to a high standard. You will also be in charge of taking and placing Room Service orders using MICROS which demands good culinary terminology knowledge. You will also be assisting guests when they request to use the business centre facilities.
