Pullman Auckland is looking for talented and passionate Spa Therapists wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment. Is the real you genuine and approachable? Do you have passion for delivering wonderful experience to all guests?

As a Spa Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing treatments to the highest standards
Building long term relationships with our guests
Up selling Spa services and products and other hotel outlets
Assist with reception/reservation duties, including Reception shifts if required and covering Reception team breaks
Assisting in light cleaning duties where required

Be a juggler. You are able to manage multiple events and requirements at any given time

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:

NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies
Proven experience in a professional beauty environment
Must have PASSION for delivering an outstanding service and memorable experience each time
Exceptional personal presentation
Excellent communication skills 
Flexibility to work rostered shifts; including weekends
