Qualifications :

The award winning One Spa has an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist to join our dedicated team.

The philosophy at One Spa is all-encompassing; down to the smallest details the Spa is designed to comfort, pamper and relax.

Our ideal candidate is already qualified with an HND in Beauty Therapy or similar, and you will ideally have sampled some work experience in this field of work.

You will be offered extensive training; we work with product top ranges including ESPA and Made for Life By Spiezia Organics. We offer a wide range of treatments such as massage, facials, hot stone, ayurvedic and pre-natal treatments. You will be required to take on board the holistic ambience projected in the spa.

You will have day to day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas and assist with demonstrations/events as required. You will also have daily responsibility of your retail sales, treatments and up-selling to guests with monthly targets to work towards.

You will also supervise and conduct the safety of users and equipment and receive training to ensure that all relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored.

Attributes Required:

• Excellent understanding of client care and five star treatment standards

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours; weekend, holiday and late night work will be required

• Impeccable personal presentation

• A genuine interest in holistic spa treatments

• Committed, enthusiastic and customer focused

• Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team

• Previous spa therapist experience is not essential
