Qualifications :

Duties Include:

·  Set up orders and deliver to rooms.
·  Correctly use the Point of Sales equipment and follow procedures.
·  Complete all daily and weekly-assigned side work.
·  Check corridors and retrieve trays when returning from taking orders.
·  Clean and break down trays in dish area.
·  Assist with serving in the restaurant & bar as required by supervisor / manager.
·  Assist with preparation of restaurant operations
·  Ensures compliance room service restaurant & bar policies, standards and procedures.
·  Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.
·  Ensure floats are counted and balanced at start and end of shift and they are secure at all times. Blind Banking procedures are followed along with all local and Marriott policies and procedures.
·  To be fully aware of the: Accident reporting manual, Maintenance fault reporting procedure & Fire policy for your department.
·  Use of mobile phone and applications to communicate with front desk

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
Support team to reach common goals.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and steps. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
