To carry out the cleaning of guest's bedrooms and public areas as instructed by supervisory staff, ensuring the Company standards are always maintained and adhered too.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience:
·  Previous experience in a similar operation (preferred)
Skills and Knowledge
·  Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening)
·  High Standard of personal hygiene and appearance
·  Have an eye for detail
·  Able to work alone and within a team
·  Flexible hours in line with the business needs
·  Must be Customer Focused
·  Fluent in English

SPECIFIC DUTIES
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
·  Prepares bedrooms to the required standard, using cleaning materials and equipment as instructed by the supervisory team
·  Renew any used guest supplies to the correct level
·  Ensure that ‘Special cleaning' duties are carried out in the correct manner
·  Report any damaged or missing items or maintenance faults to the Duty Housekeeper as soon as possible
·  Ensure that trolleys are kept tidy and stocked appropriately at the end of the day and rubbish taken to skip
·  Remove any lost property left in the room, and give it to the Duty Housekeeper
·  Report any damaged or missing items or maintenance faults to the duty housekeeper as soon as possible
·  Clean corridor areas within the section, or complete any other tasks as allocated by the duty housekeeper
