The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards for meetings and events. Your role  

As Restaurant Manager, you take on the operational leadership of Assoluto Ristorante and, together with your team, ensure smooth daily operations – from breakfast through to evening service. 

You are present on the floor, lead your team in day-to-day business, and help us continuously develop the concept.

You will take over an established restaurant within a successful hotel – with the opportunity to further develop structures, strengthen your team, and contribute your own ideas. 

Your responsibilities  

·  You manage the restaurant’s daily operations. 

·  You lead your team, create staff schedules, and support their development. 

·  You ensure high service quality and guest satisfaction. 

·  You are responsible for key figures such as revenue, cost of goods, and labor costs. 

·  You work closely with the kitchen, bar, and hotel management. 

·  You implement and further develop F&B concepts. 

·  You actively support service operations – you are part of the team, not just behind a desk. 

Who we are looking for  

·  You have several years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a leadership role. 

·  Experience in upscale or Italian restaurant concepts is a plus. 

·  You enjoy leading and developing a team in daily operations. 

·  You work in a structured way, even in stressful situations. 

·  You have a strong understanding of the financial aspects of restaurant operations. 

·  You have good German and English language skills. 

·  You hold a valid work permit for Germany / the EU.
