JOB SUMMARY

With the upcoming program unification on top of the existing loyalty marketing, partner marketing as well as JV loyalty marketing, plus the increasing numbers of experiential events per year in the China region (over 400 moments packages annually), a project coordinator is required to fully support the China Loyalty & Partnerships team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience
· Degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or Communication is preferred.
· 1 year of relevant professional experience in communications, promotions, events, partnership marketing, and CRM.

· Key Skills and Experiences
· Partnership & e-commerce experience strongly preferred
· Strong bilingual communication skills – English and Chinese
· International marketing experience preferred
· Demonstrated ability to balance the interests and demands of multiple stakeholders
· Excellent communications and organizing skills. Well organized, detail-minded, manage projects and priorities with on time delivery.
· Self-starter and quick-learner who performs well with appropriate supervision and has a track record of producing results.
· Highly energetic and demonstrates ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
· Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese character input.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:

· Execute all the loyalty member moments for the whole process
· Be on site to meet and greet the members for moments packages at shanghai MBA VIP suite every week
· Support loyalty Program & Operations in Greater China;
· Support loyalty member communication;
· Support loyalty member broad promotion;
· Support program foundation
· Support partnership marketing and member events
· Support JV loyalty marketing initiatives' execution
· Other admin tasks

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests. Operate standard office equipment other than computers. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Transmit information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine, including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.

Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
