Job description

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager that understands a lifestyle luxury hotel, that has charming personality, that is CREATIVE, love his/ her work but is also responsible for back office communication, reports, etc.

Being part of our team, you will:
· Be in charge of content creation (copywriting, photo, texts and video) to activate across all channels and social media, in adherence with brand guidelines and hotel positioning.
· Maintain comprehensive photo library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities.
· Work closely with Management team to create, plan, implement and execute Marketing and Communication Strategy.
· Initiate and execute of press and communication promotional activities – including events.
· Implement brand initiatives, acting as a brand champion and ensuring full compliance with brands standards & programs, brand style guides & tone of voice.
· Establish and manage partnership strategies.
· Evaluate advertising and promotion opportunities, set-up and launch offline/online campaigns with publications and/or websites and follow up on results with effective tracking and result analysis.
· Support the sales team to develop appropriate collateral/tools (including sales presentations or other offline/digital creative assets) and launch campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
· Drive hotel's Social Media strategy with relevant story telling content and manage Social Media channels.
· Work closely with the Digital team to ensure optimum use of all internal marketing channels to maximize campaign reach and impact, and optimize conversion.
· Interface with area marketing & communications for regional and national promotions pull through.
· Create and manage marketing and communications budget.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role you must have/ be:

· 3 years of experience in marketing positions within luxury or lifestyle brands
· Degree in marketing, communications or related field.
· Digital & Social media marketing experience.
· Speak, write and converse freely in English.
· Experience in content creation (offline and online) and campaign management, internet product branding, website usability and blogs.
· Be an inspiring team player
· Have proper communication etiquette (both written and spoken)
· Possess strong computer skills
· Proven track record of solid experience in digital marketing and social media
