Qualifications :
The opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Operational Management Trainee to join the Food and Beverage Team. This program is a one-year-on-the-job program with rotation in all facets of food & beverage operations for the hotel.
EXPERIENCE MORE
• Assist F&B Management with the daily operation of F&B outlets
• Act in a step-up capacity, assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements
and recommendations
• Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery
• Use of POS system
• Ensure all service areas are immaculate
• Maintain standards of hygiene and food handling
• Promote safety and support WHS practices
ABOUT YOU
• Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a
hotel environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
• Proven ability to lead by example
• Energized in a fast paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia
