Who are we looking for?

The Front Desk Team is looking for a motivated , reliable and responsible addition to their team. A positive attitude and good previous track record are essential, as is previous experience of delivering high quality guest service. An ability to communicate clearly face to face and over the telephone is essential. Also required is a satisfactory level of computer literacy.

What will be your duties?

Our Night Telephone operator / Auditor are the first point of contact with our valued guest. They are responsible for their registrations , departures and are always going above and beyond to respond to their requests prior, during and after their stays. They deliver high standard service and make it brilliant at all time by creating personal connections, responding to cues and following Marriott standards and policies . Their duties also includes answering the phone , running report for the end of day , handling cash , controlling guest credit , managing and resolving or escalating guest complaints . They are expected to work as a team to achieve the department goals .
