What you'll do

· 
To be responsible for the night reception shift

· 
To ensure that the back-up procedures are carried out at least twice nightly

· 
To ensure that the morning reports are printed and distributed.

· 
Assist with checking-in/out guests and answering any queries

· 
To support the Night Auditor with their tasks

· 
To maintain Health and Safety standards during the night shift

What we're looking for

· 
A positive outlook and team-first attitude

· 
Previous experience working with a reservations system e.g. Opera

· 
The successful candidate must be able to work between the hours of 11pm and 7.30am on a shift basis
