To assist us in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service, we are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Full Time Night Audit Agent to join our Front Office Team.

Job Description

This role will combine functional Front Desk Agent duties with the Income Audit function. As a Night Auditor, your role will be highly autonomous and will require you to collate and complete nightly checks of the hotel's financial reports and data. You will also act as a Front Desk Agent, having a direct impact on the overall guest experience.

Requirements

This is the ideal position for someone who has a passion for guest service and values problem resolution. The successful candidate will possess a high attention to detail, data accuracy, proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and be familiar with a hotel's daily financial reports. Prior experience in a similar role would be preferable. Candidates must be available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and shifts between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:30am. All candidates must have suitable Australian working rights.
