JOB SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity for a Night Auditor has arisen at London's most iconic hotel. If you are a talented professional, passionate about creating extraordinary experiences, then St Pancras could be the perfect hotel for you.

Here's a snapshot of the role and its key responsibilities:

· Responsible for guest check-ins and managing all aspects of the guest experience

· You are empowered within this role to manage all aspects of the d aily reports and logbook payment process

· You will communicate with the high profile and VIP clientele in our intriguing hotel to enhance guest experience

We'll be hiring a candidate that has:

· Sustained and proven experience in a similar quality, five-star, lifestyle, high volume environment

· Demonstrable skills in Front Office

·  A strong knowledge of lifestyle and luxury hotel standards with evidence of successful implementation of high level service and product standards
