About the Role:

Reporting to the Night Duty Manager, the Night Audit - Front Desk Talent is a key part of the daily hotel operations by maintaining a high level of customer service and processing front office procedures with attention to detail. Our Front Desk Talent are the "face of Aloft", dedicated to providing the very best of the Aloft vibe and feel in every guest interaction.

Your duties will predominantly involve processing guest check ins and check outs, assisting with all guest enquiries, and directing internal and external phone calls.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable whenever they have contact with the Front Office Department. Creating a sassy and savvy impression as an ambassador for the hotel at all times will be of utmost importance.

You must be able to work on a rotating roster from 11:00pm until 7:00am.

You'll need to be in the know about current Perth trends, experiences and product knowledge to create a customised experience for your guests every time.

Skills & Experience:

Your skills and experience will include:

· Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

· Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills

· Competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and software packages

· Competent with OPERA Software or similar

· Passion for delivering energetic customer service

· Positive attitude and an electric personality

· Articulate and confident

· Fully valid WA Drivers License

Essentially you will be a confident self-starter and enjoy working within a sassy team, possess a proactive approach and demonstrate integrity and care for your team and guests. This is not a role for the light-hearted – you must be prepared to dedicate yourself to the development of the hotel and be able to give it your all to ensure its success.
