Job Summary

As a Membership Advisor in this 4* Star Hotel and Country Club, you will be expected to achieve membership sale targets as communicated by your manager./supervisors. You will enjoy showing prospective members around the leisure facilities, using your industry knowledge to answer any queries and upsell products/services where appropriate. When not interacting with members you will ensure that all aspects of the Leisure and Golf membership, including administration, is handled in accordance with the Marriott leisure processes and procedures and ensuring all documentation is handled professionally, accurately, within the set time frames thereby ensuring that your club achieves its correct membership income. The ability to work both individually and as part of a team is essential as is the ability to use your own initiative.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets. Anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
