Qualifications :

Job Summary:
·  Familiar with Front Office Standards and Procedures .
·  Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
·  Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
·  Responds immediately on medical requests and emergencies.
·  Assist with staff training and development.

Candidate Profile:
·  Good knowledge of reception daily operation.
·  Good Command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
·  Good knowledge of FO operation, guest-oriented.
·  Able to work under pressure with proactive attitude.
·  Minimum 3 years related working experience in hotel industry.
