Your key responsibilities include:

·  At Europe's largest airport hotel, you will welcome our international guests from all over the world and, together with your team, ensure that everything runs smoothly at the reception 
·  Flight delay, short stopover or business trip - there are many reasons why our guests come to us - be one of them.
·  As an expert in your field , you know what our guests need and do everything you can to make their stay as memorable as possible 
·  You advise our guests on all concerns and concerns and always have the right answer ready 
·  Together with the team, you will work on achieving the departmental goals 
·  You keep a cool head even in complicated situations and know  how to deal with guest complaints   through expertise and find a solution - you have learned that you can also turn negative impressions into positive memories with the right attitude 

Be able.

·  You would like to bring your hosting qualities to the number 1 in the hotel industry and get started in our unique dual-brand hotel.
·  You want to develop every day, learn new things and be part of a familiar and ambitious team.
·  You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
·  You have already gained experience in a similar hospitality-oriented position and/or have a hotel management education.
·  Your communicative nature distinguishes you and you feel extremely comfortable in both German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage.
