The London EDITION are looking for an organised, detail orientated and engaging Guest Experience Agent to join our team.
Not only will you be the first voice our guests hear when they call but you will also be interacting with all departments in the hotel, from Guest Relations, to Housekeeping, to Front Office maintaining a smooth and flawless communication.
