Desired profile

Qualifications :

To manage Event Executives to ensure all event documentation coordination with sales, hotel departments and customers is to a consistent high service level throughout sales, pre-event, event and post event phases of hotel events. Ensures all hotel events team has a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales and thoroughly manages this process. Manages and coaches Event Executives to recognise opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. . Supports and acts on behalf of the SEM in his/her absence. Serves as the event planner’s primary contact on property and is responsible for his/her experience.

Clean and maintain all areas through the Sales and Events office. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Support with general enquires regarding the hotel grounds and facilities as well as any Sales and Events related specific queries
