Qualifications :

Job Summary

To supervise and drive Golf & Leisure membership sales and achieve individual and club sales targets. To promote awareness of brand image internally and externally and ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day receive priority and are resolved.

To provide appropriate information on the country club facilities, membership available and pricing structure, either in person or over the telephone to all prospective members including walk-ins, guests and residents. To encourage retention through the induction and membership “touch point” calls made on a regular basis to members and maintain a sound relationship with existing members.

Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
