Reporting directly into the Front Office Manager the role of Front Office Night Supervisor is responsible for:
·  Supervising the operation in line with brand standards
·  Supporting goal setting and achievement for the Front Office team
·  Training and developing team members to deliver exceptional standards of customer service
·  Cash and Key security and control
·  Assisting in the creation of plans to maximise guest service
·  Controlling the hotel night audit in line with financial process and procedure

This role oversees the Front Office operation. This department delivers 24 hour service across reception, telephone handling, room service order taking and guest relations.

Education and Experience
• Experience in the Front Office operation, or related hospitality department preferred.
OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
