Job Summary

As a member of our Leisure Club Team you can assist to create a welcoming environment for our members and residents through the delivery of a professional and consistent and proactive service:

·  Providing a friendly, relaxing & personalised welcome and experience to our guests
·  Helping to gain customer loyalty through the delivery of a high standard of service
·  Establish and maintain good relationships with guests, offering advice on available hotel, spa and leisure facilities and responding to any queries and complaints promptly using company practices to support
·  Support overall focus on hygiene supporting our cleaners with daily cleanliness activities to keep the club clean, stocked and well maintained
·  Responsible for Pool Side Attendance in accordance with STA guidelines, responding to poolside alarms and taking appropriate action in an emergency.
·  Support to complete new member enrolment stages and documentation
·  Ensure any Health and Safety checks and tasks are completed to promote safety of our members
