Job Description

Directly supervises all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office duties. Trains, cross-trains front office, scheduling, supervises workload during shifts. Maintain working relationships and communications with all departments, maintain master key control, verifies accurate room status information is properly communicated. Resolves guest issues efficiently and courteously, update group information, work with the budget for the front office. Enforces all cash handling and credit card policies, conducts scheduled meetings. Prepares performance reports related to front office, maximize room revenue and occupancy. monitor selling status of house daily, prepares revenue and occupancy forecasting. Monitor all VIP's special guest and request. Review daily front office work and activity reports generated by night audit.

Job Requirements




Minimum two years of Front Office supervisory experience, cash handling, accounting procedures and general administrative task. Read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
