The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists with all aspects of the operation of the hotel's Bistro. The Bistro offers fast breakfast items to order and it is also opened for dinner offering similar items. A full service bar is open in the evening. The supervisor oversees the kitchen, main dining room and food & beverage functions such as banquets and other events. Must be able to cook and follow menu requirements. Oversees the employees of the Bistro.
· Must have culinary experience and must be able to cook and prepare food according to specific menus.
· Must be able to work flexible shifts.
· Previous supervisory experience in a culinary setting.
· Customer service skills required.
