Job Description

The role of the F&B Supervisor is to engage the F&B team into providing excellent service according to the brand standards and ensuring that costs are managed the best way possible.

More specifically, daily tasks include:

·  Identify talent, training, scheduling and managing employees, as well as overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment.
·  Resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and service and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations.
·  Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard service procedures.
·  Balance costs between guest experience, budget and operational needs.
·  Identify recommendations for revenue creation and/or cost reduction.
·  Analyze all guest requirements and prepare plans resolve customer care related issues and satisfy guests.
·  Perform regular investigation on design and provide all materials and devices to ensure enhancement of better services.
·  Ensure that dining room service standards and product/service quality are met
·  Forecast of operational challenges and provide suggestions.
·  Collaborate with other F&B Supervisors for the effective management of human resources and equipment with the goal to minimize costs and maximize the guest experience.
·  Practice self audits (BSA), identify weak points and establish action plans on improvements.
·  Conduct meetings and have a solid communication with F&B Coordinators in order ensure direction and strategy from management
·  Provide performance feedback sessions with F&B Coordinators in written.
Requirements

·  Accountable and resilient
·  Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
·  Italian speaker preferred
·  University degree
