Shaner Hotels is now seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our management team at the brand new Hershey Courtyard by Marriott, currently under construction and on track to open in late April of 2017.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of the Bistro in accordance with Shaner and franchise standards. The Supervisor will establish and maintain standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions in the department. Manages all aspects of employee training and performance to ensure productivity and a quality work environment; Ensures communication with the General Manager and all departments in the hotel; Responsible for responding and handling guest-related issues and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience; Maintains knowledge of all inventory, menu items, beverage selections, restaurant layout, POS and manual system procedures, house counts, hotel activities, correct maintenance and use of equipment and all department policies and service procedures. We are seeking a positive, organized supervisor with strong problem-solving abilities who can promote teamwork.

·  Hospitality industry experience preferred; Marriott experience a plus.
