The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, and financial performance. Assists the General Manager is leading the team in the development and implementation of property and brand-wide strategies.

Responsibilities :

·  Oversee the operation of all property departments.
·  Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, payroll and ordering procedures, end of period, banking procedures and PAF's.
·  Stay readily available/approachable for all employees. Available to receive calls 24 hours a day seven days a week.
·  Provide excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests.
·  Lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm. Motivate and encourages staff to solve guest and employee related concerns.
·  Assist in scheduling against and make sure that staffing levels are appropriate to exceed guest expectations and stay within budget.
·  Assist team supervisors with constructive coaching and counseling.
·  Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
