Job Description :




The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for providing quality guest service within the brand guidelines specified by hotel management. The AGM will be responsible to assist the General Manager and oversee all Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Operations, F&B as well as HR and Accounting.

·  Maintain and increase standards of exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
·  Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the hotel.
·  Ensure all associates follow established safety standards.
·  Manage the reservation function to maintain the highest possible room occupancy and average daily rate.
·  Ensure all associates adhere to dress code standards.
·  Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, and or questions in a courteous and timely manner, demonstrating poise and good judgment.
·  Ability to accurately report information.
·  Ability to assist with various accounting tasks as needed.
·  Assist General Manager with recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring qualified associates.
·  Train, coach and counsel associates to ensure development and improve performance.
