Job Summary:




The Assistant Catering Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting local Food and Beverage events, and servicing the Food & Beverage needs of any Social, or Corporate client. Establish relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service and increase customer loyalty. Create event proposals for decor and F&B. Maintain up-to-date with current event planning trends by exploring event blogs. Provide high level of professionalism and customer service to clientele via email, phone, and in person interactions.

Qualifications:

·  Bachelors degree or equivalency.
·  Computer literacy required.
·  Excellent verbal and written communications.
·  CI-TY experience preferred.
·  Banquet Event Order proficiency required.
·  Proven Sales Track record.
·  Outgoing personality.
·  Supervisory experience in Banquets preferred.
·  Familiarity with MHRS discipline of cross brand/division with respective discipline experience or appropriate training a plus.
·  Excellent organizational skills.
·  Ability to explain instructions, procedures or information to others.
·  Ability to work well under pressure.
·  Computer literacy required.
