Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

· Attendance at Departmental meetings and feedback meetings

· To maintain high standards of personal grooming and personal hygiene at all times

· To implement and follow the job description as per required

· Strong desire to improve on skills and knowledge

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To move into this position you should have

· To be able to treat all clients and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner at all time.

· Good conversational skill in English writen and spoken

· Knowledge and experience in customer service

· Good knowledge and understanding of resturant’s operations

· Minimum 2 years experience in 5 stars hotel or restaurant of good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.

· Hotel School Certificate is an advantage

· Flexible willing to work on a shift schedule if required.
