Departments

Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast is currently seeking experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join our busy team. We are seeking part-time associates to join our Restaurant and In Room Dining Departments.

Terraces Restaurant is the Gold Coast's most renowned seafood buffet. At Terraces, guests indulge in a delicious selection of fresh seafood, gourmet salads, delightful desserts, and much more, while overlooking the lagoons and listening to the tranquil sounds of the waterfall.

In Room Dining is very busy department that works closely together to ensure all guest orders and amenities are delivered to rooms promptly and with impeccable service.

Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will provide friendly, courteous and efficient food and beverage service, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for diners.

Requirements

The ideal candidates will be energetic, friendly, organized, enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate to provide the highest level of customer service. Prior food and beverage experience, including Barista skills, is essential. All candidates must be available to work a rotating roster including holidays and weekends. Only candidates with a current Queensland RSA certificate will be eligible for hire.
