Job Summary

As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will be responsible for providing friendly, courteous and efficient food and beverage service. You will be required to work and connect with guests, as well as show-casing your skills behind the bar.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, organized, enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate to provide the highest level of customer service. Prior food and beverage experience, including Barista skills, and Cocktail making is essential. All candidates must be available to work a rotating roster including holidays and weekends. Only candidates with a current Queensland RSA certificate will be eligible for hire.

You will be required to follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
