Main Duties-
· Supervises daily shift operations and ensures compliance with all F&B policies and Brand Standards
· Spends the majority of time on the floor, supervising service and interacting with guests
· Manages in compliance with all local and UK food and drink laws
· Responsible for beverage control, stock takes and processing invoices
· Conduct reviews for associates and monitor performance
· Empower associates to provide excellent customer service
· Effectively respond to all guest feedback
· Interviewing new applicants
· Supervise and introduce incentive schemes for associates to upsell
· Ensures the cleanliness is up to standards in the 4 outlets.
What do you need to apply?
The successful candidate will have experience within the hospitality industry and have a good level of English.

· Flexibility to work all shift patterns (between 06:45 and 23:15)
