JOB SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Supervisor has arisen at perhaps London's most iconic hotel. If you are an experienced, passionate and proactive Food and Beverage professional then this could be the perfect role for you.

·  The Booking Office & Hansom Lounge Supervisor is responsible for delivering a five star luxury lifestyle guest service experiences for customers through the supervision of the in Booking Office & Hansom Lounge team.
· 
The role involves actively up selling to each customer at each correct opportunity when taking orders to maximize revenue working to achieve personal and team related revenue and service goals.

·  As a supervisory level position and as key member of the hotels service team it is the supervisor's responsibility to motivate the Booking Office & Lounge team to use initiative and a proactive approaches to ensure we always give our guests unique and fabulous options to make the most of their time and their visit thus making their experience in these food and beverage areas unique.

The successful candidate for this role will have:

·  Previous experience in the 5 star/luxury lifestyle market is desirable
·  Hotel supervisory experience is essential for this opening
·  Previous experience within the Food and Beverage area is essential for this role
·  Expertise in supervising five star service teams
