Position Summary: 

·  Support the farm’s coconut‑related guest experiences, including demonstrations, coconut tasting sessions, and tree‑climbing showcases.
·  Welcome and interact with guests, ensuring a fun, educational, and culturally rich experience.
·  Assist in preparing coconuts for demonstrations (cutting, husking, opening) safely and efficiently.
·  Guide visitors through coconut activities, explaining traditional methods, uses, and sustainability practices.
·  Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and safety of coconut activity areas and equipment.
·  Assist with setting up and running coconut‑themed workshops, events, or farm tours.
·  Monitor guest participation to ensure safety during all coconut demonstrations or hands‑on activities.
·  Collaborate with farm operations to ensure smooth scheduling and activity flow.

About You

You are energetic, confident, and comfortable working in an interactive outdoor environment. You enjoy performing demonstrations, engaging with guests, and sharing cultural knowledge. You’re also safety‑minded, dependable, and able to support an authentic Fijian farm experience.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

·  Bring a friendly, approachable, and guest‑focused attitude.
·  Are confident engaging and educating groups of varying sizes.
·  Have interest or experience in coconut climbing, coconut preparation, or cultural demonstrations (training can be provided).
·  Are physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
·  Enjoy hands‑on tasks and maintaining safe, well‑presented activity zones.
·  Are reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high‑quality guest service.
·  Have experience in hospitality, tourism, or cultural demonstration roles (an advantage).
