Job description

Key tasks

Direct and supervise the F&B service team in operations and service delivery according to hotel standards.
Guides operations and establishes a work environment to achieve goals and objectives.
Evaluates changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary.
Interviews, selects, trains, appraises, coaches, counsels and disciplines departmental employees and managers according to company standards.
Ensure F&B to achieve budget through variety of promotion activities feasible strategy.
