As an Event Management Assistant, you will:

 

·  Act as professional administrative support for the entire Events department;
·  Manage the office supplies, using appropriate offer requirements following standard procedures;
·  Attend regular operational meetings taking minutes and preparing all materials in due time;
·  Act as a link between operational departments, being responsible for proper and timely communication;
·  Coordinates with Event Coordinator for assigned projects; plans and details the internal events.

 

Our Most successful Event Management Assistant is someone who has:

 

·  Very good English and Romanian command;
·  Excellent communication (verbal, written) and meeting skills;
·  Excellent organizational skills and time management;
·  Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
·  Hospitable, team player, capable to deal with competing demands, or multiple tasks, and to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
·  Great problem solving skills;
·  Positive thinking;
·  Open to learning and developing;
·  Previous Reception/ Administration exposure would be an advantage.
