The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hospitality or a related field, or a 2-year college degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Supervisory experience required
Proficient in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software
Valid driver’s license
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
Ability to manage financial information and analyze complex data.

70000-80000/year
