Conference & Banqueting Set-up Supervisor Profile

Do you want to work somewhere fun and exciting ? Do you want an opportunity to learn, develop and progress ?

We’re looking for someone who is naturally passionate about creating a great hospitality environment that delivers fantastic customer service. Ideally you will:

- Be engaging, outgoing and confident
- Have an eye for detail
- Find achieving great customer service highly motivating

-Preferably have previous experience working in Banqueting or similar work environment

Conference & Banqueting Set-up Supervisor Summary

As our new Conference & Banqueting Set-up Supervisor at Conference and Banqueting Department, you will be required to:

· Ensure conference and banqueting rooms are set-up ready for the arrival of guests

· Ensure all conference and banqueting rooms are set to the standards described in the departmental SOP manual

· Ensure all reasonable requests for manual handling are carried out in a timely and efficient manner and to ensure 5 star set-up standards are maintained
