Position Summary – Chef de Partie (Breakfast)

As a Bar Supervisor, you will support the Bar Manager in leading the day‑to‑day operations of Booking Office 1869, ensuring exceptional service, consistent beverage standards, and a memorable guest experience. You will oversee the bar team during service, maintain product quality, and uphold brand standards with a hands‑on, guest‑focused approach. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent beverage knowledge, and a commitment to delivering premium service while supporting team development and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

·  Supervise bar operations and ensure smooth service across all shifts. 
·  Maintain the quality, consistency, and presentation of beverages in line with brand expectations. 
·  Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations 
·  Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering, and wastage to meet beverage cost targets 
·  Support the Bar Manager in achieving financial objectives, including revenue goals and service‑charge performance 
·  Drive sales through upselling, strong product knowledge, and participation in promotional initiatives. 
·  Contribute to menu development, seasonal offerings, and cocktail innovation 
·  Ensure mise en place bar is cleaned and equipped with readiness and are consistently maintained 
·  Coach junior associates, support skill development, and promote a positive team culture aligned with hotel values. 
·  Maintain accurate cash handling, till operations, and shift reporting in line with financial procedures. 
·  Lead by example on the bar, demonstrating strong guest engagement, upselling, and brand storytelling.
