The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Call Center Agent

 

As a call center agent, you and our Front of House team ensure optimal support for our international guests, especially on the phone.

The call center agent is responsible for handling and coordinating all incoming calls after compliance with the telephone etiquette. The organization of guest enquiries for the reception, guest services, housekeeping and technical areas as well as further administrative work are also part of the task.

 

Your Competencies:

·  Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
·  Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
·  Professional communication skills and appearance
·  resilience, teamwork and flexibility
·  Quality awareness
·  A gift for paying attention to the smallest details 
·  excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
·  knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
