Qualifications :

Job Summary

As a Beauty Therapist you will need to perform various beauty treatments as advertised for the spa whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will be expected to build a professional and warm rapport with the customer and support to answer any questions and ease any concerns to establish the treatment that meets the customers needs.

You will be responsible for meeting and greeting your customer prior to treatment and escorting them to and from the treatment room while helping to answer any questions on the treatment or general property and amenities.

Complete all necessary administration for customer treatments and working as a part of the team to provide a professional and warm service to all customers at spa reception supporting with any guest questions, booking requests and complete general spa orientation.

Beauty Therapists are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their workstation/treatment room and ensure these are stocked and ready for treatments while also maintaining cleanliness and supplies such as towels and amenities within the locker room and general spa and lounge areas, securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
